Group Sound Bath and Fresh Pressed Juice

Each month Elevate by Mia and Blissful Bee Juicery partner up to offer a 1-hour group sound bath followed by fresh pressed juice to-go. The group sound bath consists of breathwork, guided meditations, and specific frequencies to promote physical, mental, and emotional healing. During the session, you lay comfortably on a yoga mat (which is provided) and you are encouraged to bring your own bolster, blanket, eye mask, pillow, etc. to deepen your relaxation. Following the group sound bath, you will receive fresh pressed juice to take home. These juices are crafted with high vibrational fruits and vegetables, offering nutritional benefits to continue your healing process in the days to follow.

An Energy Power Session combines the power of Reiki Therapy & Sound Healing. Enjoy a 1-hour healing session with Elevate by Mia and Petrina Krenzel, a Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer at Healing Waves. These two practitioners have come together to optimize the healing experience for their clients, immersing them into a deeper session of emotional, mental, and physical rejuvenation.
