& Service Agreement

1. Purpose and Scope of Services.

Consultant’s purpose is simply to provide a safe space for Client to experience healing through natural processes. Consultant may consider the use sound, energy, herbs, essential oils, crystals and any other natural healing modality as a way to encourage Client’s body to get back to optimal functioning. Consultant makes no claims for the medicinal actions of Consultant’s methods, nor does she cite any medical authority. Any information offered is done so on the basis of personal experience, training, and traditional uses. Consultant’s scope of expertise is limited to Services for which she has been certified for, listed in the Recitals above. Consultant’s Services and natural healing modalities are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consultant’s Services rendered to Client are not intended or implied to be, or a substitute for, professional medical or psychological advice, guidance, diagnosis or treatment. Results of Consultant’s Services vary with each individual and Consultant cannot guarantee that Client will experience results similar to testimonials, or any results at all. Client understands and agrees that everyone reacts to these methods individually and experiences results in their own time.

2. Procedure and Duties of Client.

Client understands and agrees that:
• An initial assessment will be conducted by Consultant to determine the general health of Client’s energy system.
• Client’s session(s) will consist of a quick introduction before starting and a wrap-up afterwards.
• Any suggestion made by Consultant will be to assist Client’s body’s natural ability to achieve a balanced state, to the extent that Client’s body or Client’s highest knowing will allow.
• The goal of Client’s session will be identified as part of the initial process and Client will have input as well as give intent and permission for achieving the goal.
• Client will raise any questions or concerns about anything Client does not understand.
• Client will take full responsibility for Client’s own healthcare and wellbeing. Client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions relating to Consultant’s services.
• By signing this Agreement, Client is consenting to: 1) Consultant conducting the Services purchased; and 2) the scope of those Services as indicated in Section 1 of this Agreement; and 3) Terms and Conditions.
• If Client desires Consultant’s Services to be modified in any way, Client is responsible for requesting any modifications or accommodations, which may be accepted or rejected by Consultant in her sole discretion.
• If Client wishes to end a session early, or Client experiences any results during a session that Client is uncomfortable with, Client is responsible for immediately informing Consultant of such result / desire.
• Client will consult with their physician and get approval to receive Services if Client has any known or suspected health conditions, including but not limited to, metal in their bodies, suffered concussions, a pacemaker, pregnancy, use of an insulin pump, etc.
• Client understands that Consultant’s Services are not medical treatment and Consultant does not diagnose illness, disease, or mental disorder. Nor does Consultant prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals. Consultant’s Services are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis and that it is recommended that Client see a medical doctor for any physical or mental ailment.
• Client understands the nature of the Services and freely consents to receive the techniques.

3. Fees and Cancelation Policy.

Consultant’s fees for Services are listed on Consultant’s website. Client may purchase and book their Service either through Consultant’s website or by contacting Consultant. Consultant agrees to provide Services to Client after Client purchases the desired Service(s) from Consultant.


If Client needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, notification is required at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, which shall be the full session price of the Service booked. If Consultant needs to cancel an appointment, notification will be given to Client as soon as possible, and no cancelation fee will be charged to Client. 

4. What to Expect.

In general, a typical session begins with a short assessment to discuss the Client’s concerns, thoughts or questions. During the session the Client can choose to sit or lay down. While Consultant will try to make the Client as comfortable as possible, if Client has specific needs, Client is encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, pillow, or blanket, etc. Consultant makes every effort to assure that Client feels safe and comfortable.


Consultant’s Services may involve physically touching the Client’s body and / or the space above and around Client’s body. Therefore, Client must inform Consultant if there are any areas that Consultant should avoid, or if Client does not wish to be touched at all. Consultant’s work is intuitive, so she feels the energy and works where the energy is stagnant, deficient, stuck or unbalanced. Client may feel many different results such as heat or cold, shivers, nausea, headache, relaxation, release, relief, etc. Client may also feel nothing at all. Any reactions can happen immediately or even moments later. No reaction is positive or negative, it purely is. It may mean something to you right away or it could be a mystery for a while. Both are normal. Consultant finds that energy work has a cumulative effect, so when you treat yourself to regular sessions, better health and well-being are natural outcomes. At the end, Consultant will check in about anything that came up for Client during the session.

5. Waiver and Release.

Consultant makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the Services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. Client acknowledges, agrees, and represents that Client understands the nature of the Services requested, and Client is accepting Consultant’s Services at Client’s own risk. Client understands that Consultant makes no claims as to the safety, results, or the appropriateness of any Service for any particular individual. Client understands and agrees that all suggestions and information given by Consultant concerning the Services received is neither diagnostic nor prescriptive and that Client should verify the same with their physician, and Client will evaluate such information and/or suggestions independently. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client warrants and represents that Client is in good health and is able to participate in the Services without limitation.


Client agrees to waive and release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Consultant from any and all claims, clauses of action, damages, and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that Client has or may have arising from or in any way related to Client’s participation in the Services rendered by Consultant.

6. Jurisdiction and Venue.

Consultant’s Services are provided in the State of North Dakota and this Agreement will be deemed to have been executed and delivered within the State of North Dakota, and the rights and obligations of the parties will be construed and enforced in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of North Dakota without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Jurisdiction and venue with respect to any suit in connection with this Agreement shall reside in the courts of North Dakota.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the elevatebymia.com site and various related services (together referred to as the “site”). Elevate by Mia, LLC, the provider of the site (referred to as “us” or “we”), is committed to protecting your privacy online. Only Elevate by Mia, LLC (or agents working on behalf of Elevate by Mia, LLC and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings and only if you indicated that you do not object to these offers. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information. Or, at any time you can easily edit your account information to no longer receive such offers and mailings.
