Electronic Gift Card

After you make your purchase, a code will be generated, and a scheduling link will be provided - this is what you can email/text to your recipient or print. Recipients can use this dollar amount towards any Elevate by Mia service.

Once they schedule their appointment, they'll complete an intake form that will offer valuable information to cater to their individual requirements. If you have any questions regarding the purchase of gift certificates, please contact mia@elevatebymia.com.

All gift cards expire after 1 year from the purchase date.
